2022 Winter Water Talks : Use of volunteer-collected data for scientific applications

In this webinar, we’ll hear two stories of how volunteer-collected data is used for watershed restoration projects in Wisconsin. Hannah Vorrie, Watershed Restoration Coordinator for the Wisconsin DNR, will be discussing how volunteers have contributed to monitoring the health of the Lower Fox and Upper Fox and Wolf watersheds. She will be followed by Addie Schlussel, Stream Monitoring and AIS Coordinator for the Rock River Coalition, who will be discussing use of volunteer collected data to create a plan to restore watersheds in Dodge County.

Hosted by Water Action Volunteers and Citizen Lake Monitoring Network.
