Aquatic Invasive Species Training: Ladysmith, WI

July 9

This aquatic invasive species training is hosted by Beaver Creek Reserve.

Time: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm

Come learn how to protect your favorite river or stream by boat or on foot! Volunteers spend the day paddling or wading in the river while keeping their eyes peeled for aquatic invasive species! Join Project RED (Riverine Early Detectors) on July 9th at the Memorial Park swimming beach in Ladysmith as we work to survey the Flambeau River! Volunteers like you are invaluable for early detection.

The protocols are easy and fun! Use this activity to become more familiar with your river or stream and to engage your friends and neighbors!
